Bunker surcharge

Due to the rapidly rising bunker prices on the world market, there hase been a significant increase in our operating cost. As a result, B.O.S. NV has been compelled to levy a bunker surcharge for the services rendered by our company's barges/trucks.
The surcharge will be applicable as from the 1st of July 2008 and shall be adjusted quarterly, according to the fluctuation in market prices of shipping fuel.

The actual bunker surcharge based on the CBRB index of May 2008 would be € 32,53 per service. We have decided to charge only 50 % of this amount, meaning € 16,27 per service for the next quarter.
It is our hope that the introduction of a bunker surcharge will be met with understanding on the part of our business partners.
